Project management plays an important role of the mold making progress, included well-controlled workflow schedule & machining process, and effective communication between customer and internal teams.
     Project manager is appointed to be in charge for each individual project from the very begining to the end, and offering the direct communication with customer. All the project management team members are capable to communicate in English and qualified mold engineering. Internal daily meeting is held to ensure the project process could be moved smoothly and any problem caused by the accident or mistake could be sovled immediately.
    Weekly progress report for each mold would be offered by using appropriate documentation requested by customers once necessary.
