First wipe the cover surface with clean gauze, and then polish it with an oilstone (20 × twenty × 100mm or larger), where the oilstone is thin, grind the inaccessible places with circular arc (e.g. 8) × 100mm) semicircular oilstone)
The selection of grain size depends on the appearance (such as roughness, galvanizing, etc.). It is recommended to use fine-grained oilstone. The grinding direction of oilstone is basically along the stamping parts perfectly fitted with the appearance in the longitudinal direction, and some special parts can also compensate for transverse grinding.
2 contact inspection
Clean the outer cover with clean gauze. The inspector shall wear contact gloves along the longitudinal direction of the stamping part close to the outer surface of the stamping part, and the inspection method depends on the inspector's experience. If necessary, use oilstone grinding by discovering and verifying suspicious areas, but this method can be regarded as an effective rapid inspection method
3 visual inspection
Visual inspection is mainly used to find abnormalities and micro defects of stamping parts
4. Oil inspection
Clean the outer cover with clean gauze. Use a clean brush to evenly all the stamping oil on the outer surface in the same direction. After the oiled stamping parts are inspected under strong light, it is recommended that the stamping parts be vertical on the vehicle body. This method can easily find fine stamping parts on pitting, dent and ripple
5 inspection
Put the stamping parts into the inspection tool, and conduct the South skin inspection on the stamping parts according to the operation requirements of the inspection specification
6 elastic gauze polishing
Clean the outer cover with clean gauze. The flexible sand net is close to the stamping surface and polished longitudinally to the appearance without pitting, and the indentation is easy to find.
